Multiple service appointments require some front desk assistance in order to get your timing just right. Please contact us when adding multiple services.
For color changes, color corrections and new color clients we require a consultation prior to booking an appointment. Consultations are complimentary and can be performed in person or over the phone. We recommend booking a blow dry after your color services to see your full results.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please let us know if you can’t make your appointment. We require 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations/amendments otherwise a 50% charge may apply. The fee will be charged to the credit card on file or on your next visit.
RUNNING LATE: If you find you are running late, we recommend you call to determine if we can hold your appointment. We’ll always do our best to accommodate if you’re running late but arriving more than 15 minutes behind schedule means we might have to adjust your service or reschedule.
HAIRCUTS & BLOW-DRY: An additional $10+ will be added to your cut or blow dry service.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation one week before your appointment and a text reminder 24hours before appointment.
